Cecilia is a qualified accountant and cum laude graduate from Stellenbosch Business School, with a career built on excellence in financial solutions and a passion for helping others succeed.

Her journey began as a top-performing risk-finance portfolio manager for one of South Africa’s largest SME financiers. She later transitioned to banking as a Commercial Property & Asset Finance Specialist before moving into consulting for small to medium-sized businesses.

Through her work, Cecilia excelled in creating financial solutions, enhancing wealth portfolios, and equipping her clients with actionable plans for success. Recognizing a need for better financial guidance, she completed her regulatory exams and became an independent financial adviser, focusing on empowering professionals and business owners.

In 2017 Cecilia founded GROW THERE® to help people break free from financial challenges and achieve lasting success for themselves and future generations. She draws inspiration from Deut 8:18, which says: “Remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you the power to create wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your pre-generation, as to this day.”

Cecilia’s heart is that finances will not be a stronghold or barrier, but instead become a tool of empowerment, enabling people to achieve their purpose and live with intention and abundance.”

Outside of her work, Cecilia enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband and two daughters, coffee, motivational content, and the outdoors.
